James Connolly, Board Chair

Jim has been involved with RESOLVE New England since 2015, following his family’s journey with infertility. He and his wife Maureen conceived their only child, Bridget, through IVF. Jim brings nearly two decades of experience in marketing, public relations and media to RNE. For 12 years he worked in corporate public relations and advertising at various firms throughout New England before beginning his own consulting business in 2010. He also has served as a sportswriter and television/radio personality. Jim received his bachelor’s degree from UMass-Lowell in 1996

Julie Richardson Paige, Board Vice-Chair

With many years of personal experience with infertility and in-vitro fertilization, Julie has extensive first-hand knowledge of the logistical and emotional intricacies of the family building journey. For ten years she was Program Director for Tiny Treasures and this year took over full ownership and management of the company. Julie is a certified Bereavement Doula and also is the President of the ACDK Hope Foundation, which helps bereaved parents after the loss of their baby during pregnancy or shortly after birth. Julie became a member of RESOLVE New England in 2014 when she joined the Board of Directors. Due to Julie’s infertility struggles and losses, she is very invested in RNE’s mission and is honored to be part of such a wonderful organization. Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Westfield State College and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Counseling at Salem State College.

Pam Odeen-Lodato, Treasurer

Pam brings to the board a background of 20 years in banking in New York City, with a specialization in not-for-profit corporations, and management consulting in Boston. She currently is dedicated to raising her family and volunteering for non-for-profits, with causes close to her heart. Pam believes strongly in RESOLVE New England’s mission of bringing compassionate and impartial education and advocacy for those trying to create their family. Pam is a Past President of RESOLVE New England, a trustee emeritus at Colgate University, Past President and life member of the Colgate Alumni Council, as well as an active volunteer leader in her community’s schools and parent organizations. Pam has a MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Colgate University.

Chrissy Hanisco, Secretary

Chrissy first joined RESOLVE New England in 2011 following her infertility diagnosis and regularly attended her local peer support group. She credits RNE with getting her through the dark times and is committed to supporting others on their journeys. Her personal journey also led her to leave her longtime career as a public defender, and she now primarily practices adoption and assisted reproductive technology law. Chrissy is a 1993 graduate of Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH and earned her law degree in 2000 from New York Law School, in New York City.
