2017 Keynote Speaker: Nancy Kerrigan

RESOLVE New England is thrilled and grateful to welcome Nancy Kerrigan as this year’s featured speaker. A Massachusetts native, Nancy was an Olympic, World and National champion figure skater. She won a bronze medal at the 1992 Winter Olympics, was the 1993 US National Champion and won a silver medal at the 1994 Winter Olympics. As a professional figure skater, she performed in many ice shows, including Champions on Ice and Broadway on Ice. While a contestant on season 24 of Dancing with the Stars, Nancy shared that she and her husband Jerry Solomon had experienced secondary infertility and multiple pregnancy losses. She and her dance partner had a moving performance, inspired by these struggles to build their family. We appreciate Nancy’s openness about her journey, which helps break down stigma and strengthens our community.

What Previous Attendees Say

I have attended this conference for several years and am always amazed at what new information I come home with. The doctors, mental health professionals and attorneys that present at and attend the RNE Annual Conference are all top in their fields.

[It]… is the perfect opportunity to ask questions and gather much needed info from the professionals… No one is going rush you, so take your time and ask away.

Interaction is a wonderful thing at a conference like this. You listen and learn: you ask questions, feel hope and find support.

Sit at breakfast and lunch with couples or individuals and see what they have to say; consider opening up and sharing with other attendees where you are in your path to parenthood process.” from Educating Yourself on Your Path to Parenthood by Donna Daley
