About Our Insurance Advocate
Our Insurance Advocate, Marymichele Delaney, has led the management of employee benefits programs at leading academic institutions as well as in the for-profit sector for over 20 years. She is currently benefits manager at Wellesley College and is the principal of Delaney Consulting. She has been a volunteer for both RESOLVE New England and RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, since 1994 and is a past president of RESOLVE New England’s Board of Directors. Marymichele understands how health insurance works, is familiar with the Massachusetts mandate and with infertility treatment protocols, and can work with you to speedily answer questions and provide advice about the appeals process.
